She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Storms and Lillian Storms (Mummert); and her children, Vickie (Billy Price) and Thomas Black. She is survived by: her sister Babe; her spouse Arrel Black; and her children, Cheryl Gilliam (Buzz) of Glenwood Springs and Jerry Black (Kim) of Fresno California.
She had been diagnosed with Alzheimer's some years ago and recently with breast cancer , which caused her death.
