He was predeceased by: his brothers, Leslie and Harlan Walters. He is survived by: his wife Arlene Walter; and his children, Deborah Laws (Gibson), Cynthia Giboney (Larry), Rodney W. Walter, II (Judy) and Lisa Marie Walter-Roe (Daryl). He is also survived by his 7 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
