He was predeceased by: his parents, Juvencia and Paul Duran, Sr.; and his siblings, Mary Duran, Teri Tovar and Frank Duran.
He is survived by: his wife Frances Patino; his children, Frank Duran (Carrie) of Fresno, Saundra Rios (Steven) of Fresno and Jennifer Duran Bangs (Kenneth Bangs) of Pacific Beach; his grandsons, Chasen Duran, Braden Duran, Colin Rios and Aidan Rios; his brothers, Richard Duran and Vincent Duran; and his brother-in-law Manual Tovar.
Due to Covid 19 restrictions, Funeral Services will be private.
