She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth Robert Small; her father Bill Sewell (Mavis); her siblings, Pollie Kyle and Leon Sewell; and her granddaughter Michelle Smothers.
She is survived by: her children, Dianne Weber (Ronald), Michael Small, Marilyn Windsor, Alex Small and Robin Small (Kimiko); her siblings, Nola Herd, Inez Sewell, Barry Sewell and Hariet Milner; and her grandchildren, Joseph Windsor, Kenneth Windsor, Michael Small, Jacob Small, Austin Smothers, Alondra Aguilar Torres, Kimberly Smothers, Cameron Small and Maurelle Small.
