He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Gilbert Franco Sr.; his nephew Angel G. Quintero; his mother Maria D. Franco; his children, Andrew Franco, Joshua Franco and Alivia Franco; and his sisters, Audrey Franco and Monica Lopez (John). He was also cherished by many nephews, nieces, cousins, aunts and uncles.

In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to the V.A. Hospital at 2615 E. Clinton Ave., Fresno, CA 93703.
