She was predeceased by: her husband Bob Jack; and her grandson Jeremy Wells. She is survived by: her daughters, Judy Leggett (Fonzell), Patricia Bailey (Jerry) and Pamela Stimmell (Alan); her sister Nadine Pishione; and her grandchildren, Tiffany Ball, Deana Wells, Robbie Gleason and Tami Mayers.
