With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Geraldine Carter of Clovis, California, born in Stillwater, Oklahoma, who passed away on March 2, 2021 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her son Monty Carter; her parents, Arthur Hesson and Ollie Hesson; and her sisters, Shirley Leisher and Kathleen Horton.
She is survived by: her husband David Carter; her children, Cody Scott Carter (Karen) of Hobbs, NM and Terye Dawn Deimler of Roswell; her grandchildren, Rebecca Cooper (Robert) of Portland, OR, Glenn R. Deimler Jr. (Marsha) of Roswell, Peter Issac Deimler of Roswell, Charles David Deimler (Brittney) of Portland, OR, Richard Lee Carter of Hobbs, NM and Faith Marie Carter of Hobbs, NM; her great grandchildren, Adam Robert Cooper of Portland, Carus Marie Cooper of Portland, Viktor Deimler of Roswell, Mikah Deimler of Portland and Leilani Dunford of Portland; and her sisters, Elsie Howell of Clinton, OK, Lucy Jean Lyle of Leon, KS and Donna Casey of Wintersville, GA. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
Due to the current COVID-19 Pandemic Social Distancing guidelines, the funeral service will be limited to the immediate family and close friends.
