Gary Oscar Pickett, January 30, 1954- May 4, 2021 of Clovis, Calf. has passed away at the age of 67. He was a native of Fresno, Calif. and lived there most of his life. He also lived in Carpinteria, Calif. and Los Angeles.
He was a " avid Harmonica Player" and he loved playing guitar. He was known by many in Fresno. He was noted for his " Harmonica tunes" on the " Fulton Mall" back in the early Seventies. He loved music, life& laughter.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Oscar Castro Pickett and Beatrice (Medina) Pickett, and his brother-in-law, Danny Glen Fiori, all of Fresno.
He is survived by his immeadiate family, his brother, Richard Bart Molina & his sister, Sandra Joyce (Pickett) Fiori, both of Fresno.
Gary, has many many cousins, Aunts& Uncles, who we know also have fond memories of Gary, who Gary had a " special place in his heart for all of them"
The family survivors have comfort knowing that Gary is at Peace in the arms of God with our loved ones.
One day we will all be reunited as family. Love You forever, from Richard& Sandi.
Private viewing& a rosary was held at " Chapel of light" in Fresno, May 14, 2021. We thank all Our relatives who were present.
In Memory of Gary donations to any Center for the Blind would be our Wish.

“Over 50 year's ago I still remember High School Days at WUHS clearly with my brother " Gary", " Danny" & " Johnny Fiori" , I could hear them clear across the campus always laughing. Till this day I always wondered....were they laughing with other's or at other's ? Those were fun times hanging out with my girfriends as well. Can't believe this many year's have passed.”

“Recently heard about Gary passing away. I remember a lot of good times that we had. I also remember how he would play the Birthday song by the Beatles every time it was a friend’s birthday. Because it’s his birthday today, I will be playing it for him.”

“Thank you John for the heartfelt message. I needed that believe me. It's been a wild ride these last 6 yrs. for my brother Richard & I, that's for sure. Gary & I had our " Up's& downs" but blood is always thicker than water. I loved my brother more than what he probably even knew. My parents bought a brand new home in 1987, they both said " this is Your home when we pass"...I told them " No Way" this home belongs to my Brother's & me" on this " Trust" Family means the World to me.(Continue...)”

“Unfortunately Richard(Brother)& I never got to say " Goodbye to Gary" which saddened us deeply. We weren't notified until the following day of his passing. But on a " lighter note", I remember " Comedy Central" around the clock with " Gary" I still laugh even today. He was always funny even when we were toddler's. I heard of your success as a " Airline Pilot!" I was very proud of You when I heard that! You were a " Good Friend to Gary!", back in the 80tys.. He liked You Alot! You Deserve the Best! You got a Good❤!”

By the time I could afford all the required flight hours I figured that I was too old. Besides the airlines prefer ex fighter pilots. “I also heard Mark died. Do you know how? Him and Gary were my best friends back then. Is Jim Gillispie and Phil still around? Also were you and Gary still living in Fresno? So take care and Sunday will be better than Saturday. By the way I’m not sure if you remembered my mom but she passed away on Easter. She lived to be 96 and had her mind to the very end. Think she had a better memory than me. She asked about you once or twice over the years. Take care and be happy.”
