He was predeceased by: his wife Felicitas Alvarado; and his son Freddy Alvarado. He is survived by: his children, Juan Antonio Alvarado of San Diego, Alma Leticia Luna of Clovis, Gloria Aida Morales of Sanger and Rosa Linda Torres-Alvarado of Sanger. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and 12 great grandchildren.
