She is survived by: her children, Leta Bailes Ciavaglia (Ron) and David Bailes; and her granddaughters, Nicole Ciavaglia Daly (Brendan) and Cristen Ciavaglia Martin. She is also survived by father fell from a high-rise building leaving Erna's mother to raise the children.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Erna's memory may be made to Terry's House, 2730 Fresno Street, Fresno, California 93721, a home where the families of the patients of Fresno Community Regional Medical Center can stay while their loved ones are receiving treatment.
