He is survived by: his significant other Kathryn Durham; his significant other's children, Charles Ray, Cathy and Darren; his children, Charles Ray Shinn (Cheryl Yarber) of Belleville, IL, Cathy M. Dumstorff (Clyde) of Troy, IL. and Darren Shinn (Jeanine) of Clovis, CA.; his brother Jack L. Shinn (Rosalie) of Collinsville, IL.; his grandchildren, Lisa J. Stoner (Craig), Kelly R. Wilson (Ray), Jamie M. Windsor (Scott) and Dylan Shinn (Yvette); his great grandchildren, Lauren Dillon (Tyler), Kaitlyn Meyer (Brandon), Hannah Knaust, Connor Knaust, Hayden Windsor, Gavin Windsor and Reece Windsor; and his great great grandchildren, Brayden Meyer and Grayson Dillon. He is also survived by sister-in-laws; one brother in law; and many nieces and nephews.
