She was predeceased by: her parents, Alonzo Kendrick and Adah Pearl Kendrick; her husband William Gene Goates; her son Bobby Gene Goates; and her siblings, Bula Nunley, Mary Austin, Alonzo Kendrick, William Kendrick, Robert Kendrick and J. W. Kendrick.
She is survived by: her children, Lola Mae Pardo, James Donald Goates of Silverton, Leslie Dale Goates of Ukiah and Jason Eugene Goates of Ukiah; her grandchildren, Bobby Goates of Ukiah, Danny Goates of Albany, Phyllis Bryant of Silverton, John Barrar of Youngsville, Sara Littrell, Anthony Pardo of Litchfield Park, Lorenzo Pardo, Willits, Launa Goates of Hopland, Carrie Goates, Matt Goats of Ukiah, Jennifer Goates of Chico, Josh Goates of Ukiah and Justin Ashford; and her siblings, Delana Faye Casey of Sonoma and Franklin D. Kendrick of Fortsmith. She is also survived by 15 great great grandchildren.
The family would like donations to go to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
