He was predeceased by: his parents, Nikolai Skover and Elsie Skover; his wife Irene Zarubin; his sister Eleanor; and his son Thomas.
He is survived by: his children, Timothy, Gregory, Jeffery (Colleen), Sandra and Melanie (Timothy); his grandchildren, Nick, Sophie, Corinne, Jenna, Rachel, Daniel, Michelle and Scott; his great grandchildren, Avery, Clarity, Maddison, Ella, McKenzie and Noah; and his brothers, Frank (Pat) of Sacramento and Robert of Novato. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
