She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles H. Roth and Alvida Kellstrom Roth; her husband Joe C. Hettema; her granddaughter Christine Hettema; and her siblings, Don Roth, Ralph Roth and Doris Johnson Wilson.
She is survived by: her children, Charles D. Hettema (Leah) of Fairfax Station, VA and Jennal Johnson (Kent) of Indianapolis; and her grandchildren, Jennie Hettema, Michelle Ender (Robert), Kent Johnson, Jr., Melissa Johnson, Daniel Hettema (Florence), Rachel Johnson (John), Kaley Johnson, Camille Johnson, Alexis Johnson (Josh), Ian Johnson and Troy Johnson. She is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
