We are sad to announce that on January 7, 2023, at the age of 66, Rick Frank Hartnell of Clayton, California, born in Kenosha, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frank Hartnell and Donna Hartnell (Bistrick); his wife Carolyn Lepp of Clayton, CA; his sons, Danny (Emily) of Seattle, WA and Jason (Jasmin) of Glendora, CA; his grandchildren, Sam, George, Kennedy and Harrison; his brothers, Perry and Scott Hartnell of Pleasant Prairie, WI; his mother-in-law Barbara Lepp; and his sisters-in-law, Margaret Milkie, Joanne Lepp-Naiman (Peter) and Milwaukee. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
