He was predeceased by: his parents, Alice Robinson and Robert Harvey Cook Sr.; his brother Robert H. Cook Jr.; and his great-nephew Jared Gans. He is survived by: his wife Judith Nelson Cook; his daughter Anna Anderson-Cook (Al) of Brandenton, Fla.; his siblings, Donald Cook (Madonna), William Cook (Donna), Ronald Cook (Nancy) of Grants Pass, Ore, Sue Weaver of Danville, Jennifer Breschi (Craig) of Rocklin and Judi Walsh (Tom) of Ukiah; and his niece Elaine Gans of Concord. He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
