June Stromberg Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of June Stromberg of Claremont, California, who passed away on November 8, 2021 at the age of 106. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Robert Isaac Helton and Stella Moore Helton; her brother Robert M. Helton; her spouse T. C. Stromberg of Ardmore; her daughters, Ann Stromberg (Rudi Volti) of Claremont, CA and Sara Jones (Nathan Jones) of Allen, TX; her grandchildren, Troy Zeleny, Faith Nelson, Ashley Jones of Allen, Shannon McElroy of Ardmore, OK and Kate Volti of Austin, TX; and her daughters, Scouts, Schebriel Dennis of Roswell, NM and Mona Montes of Los Angeles, CA. She was also cherished by eleven great-grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren; six nephews/nieces.
The survivor of two pandemics (1918-19 and COVID) and two World Wars, mother to two daughters and two Girl Scout troops, June is deeply missed by those who love her.
