He is survived by: his daughter Jennifer; his sister Sharon; his brother-in-law Oscar; his nephew Chris; and his nieces, Nanette, Carolyn, Grace and Pistolero.

In lieu of Flowers the family suggests donations to The City Of Hope for their generous care of Patrick.Patrick is survived by his loving daughter Jennifer, sister Sharon, brother in law Oscar, nephew Chris and nieces Nanette and Carolyn girlfriend Grace and most of all his faithful and loyal Pistolero friends, all of who he loved and who meant the world to him.
