It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Julia Kathryn Bollwinkel (Citrus Heights, California), who passed away on February 8, 2025, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Clark Stewart and Teresa Hilda Mahan Stewart. She is survived by: her sisters, Marigail Stewart Smith and Bettyjo Stewart Waugh; her significant other Calvin Arthur Bollwinkel; her children, Mark, Paul, Karen and Jan; her great grandchildren, Julia, Karl of Fenster's Avery, Calvin, Evan and Kristin of Drake's Declan; and also, Daniel, Matthew Bollwinkel, Karen, Ian, Evan Drake, Jan, Julia Fenster and Ari.
The expense and isolation of the COVID pandemic in 2020 made assisted living impractical.
Donations in memory of Julia may be given to the American Cancer Society.
