She is survived by: her brothers, Larry and Jeff Slayton; her children, Patti Lewis, Tony Garland, Vicki Johnson and Donna LaCavera; and her grandchildren, Melissa Bunyard, Kevin Perovitz, Crystal Blevins, Tiffany Hall, Sarina Garland, Jesse and Jennifer Johnson. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
