She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Dalton and Erma Swerbensky; and her brother Ronald Dalton. She is survived by: her significant other John; her children, Kevin Kraft (Stacie) of Folsom, Craig Kraft of Roseville, Jeremy Dyer (Amber) of Springfield, OR, Carla Hyduk (Michael) of San Diego, Rebecca Kraft of Mill Valley, Christy, Silva and Beverly Anderson (Dan); and her siblings, Viola McKenzie and Larry Dalton. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 2 great- grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Frances was preceded in death by her father Louis Dalton, mother Erma Swerbensky and brother Ronald Dalton.In lieu of flowers please consider a donation to the Red Cross.
