“I had the pleasure of working with Elaine for many years at her volunteer job at The Citrus Heights Police Department. Not only was she very reliable, but a hard worker who took her assignments very seriously. We really appreciated her dedication and the work she did for our Unit and the Department overall. It was also a pleasure getting to know her and her life, especially how much she loved her children and family! She will be sadly missed.”
