With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Barbara Joan Ann Wahlquist of Citrus Heights, California, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 8, 2024 at the age of 87. Though Barbara may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Barbara touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her husband Glen Campbell Wahlquist. She is survived by: her children, David Wahlquist (Margo), Janet Johnston (Richard), Linda Singler (John), Cindy Wahlquist, Scott Wahlquist (Michelle), Vicki Wahlquist, Bruce Wahlquist (Tamara), Karen Parker (Mike) and Kathy Griffard (Andrew). She is also survived by 26 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren.
