He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Edward Earl and Ethel Mae Hall (Butner); his grandparents, Robert Norman Hall and Grace Gilroy Hall; his wife TennieBee Hall; his sisters, Harriet Elizabeth Hall (O'Dell) and Grace Diane Yates (Chuck); his brother-in-law David Salle; his brother Norman Edward Hall; his sister-in-law Gloria Thurmond Hall; his sister Ellen Mae Salle; and his brother-in-law Scott O'Dell. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
