She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester and Stella; her husband Edward Holub; and her siblings, Chester Seymour (Patricia), Sally Winters and Donna Greenwald (Jerry).

She is survived by: her daughter Peggy Holub Serrai (David); and her nieces and nephews, Theresa, Chester III, Karen, Daniel, Joe and Jeffery.

Memorials may be made in Barbara's name to Alzheimer's San Diego.
