It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Verlene Wood of Chowchilla, California, born in Blackfoot, Idaho, who passed away on December 19, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Paul Christoffersen and Elverna Christoffersen; her husband Donald L. Wood; her sons, Craig Wood (Pam) and Danny Wood (Darcel); and her grandchildren, Janell Cox (Kevin), Joshua Wood, Bradley Wood (Leslie), Bret Wood (Mayumi), Seth Wood (Annie), Chad Wood (Stephanie), Dylan Wood (Vanessa) and William Wood. She was also cherished by 20 great-Grandchildren and 8 great-great Grandchildren.
