She was predeceased by: her significant other Timmy Oxford; her children, Christy Hooper and Johnny Hooper; her parents, Monroe Capps and Juanita Capps (Bass); and her siblings, Boyd Capps, Judith Capps and Ruth Lucero (Capps).
She is survived by: her children, Timmy Clubb and Stacey Vargas; her siblings, Larry Capps of Washington, Floyd Capps of Chowchilla, Rachel Miller of Weaverville, Lottie Nusselli (Capps) of Arkana and Pearl Stroup (Capps) of Arkansas; her close friend Teresa (Jim Molone); and her grandchildren, Anahi, Clausette, Declan, Claire and Wendy. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
She made hundreds of quilts, then she would crochet matching hats and scarfs and donate to the Cancer Society.
