He is survived by: his wife Terri Chumbley Swilley; his daughters, Stephanie Eatmon (Mark) of Chowchilla and Jennifer Galvan (Anthony) of Atwater; his brothers, Wayne Swilley (Diana) of Columbus, MT and Mark Swilley of Meridian, ID; his grandchildren, Ashley Martinez (Brandon Roach), Westley Roberts, Jasmine Rodriguez and Gina Lopez; and his great grandchildren, Anthony Torres and Brayden Roach. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
