It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Esther Abundis (Chowchilla, California), born in Tempe, Arizona, who passed away on March 3, 2019, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Tomas Correa and Herminia Correa; her husband Tony Abundis; her siblings, Vincent, Fernando, Rose Abina and Betty Torres; and her son-in-law Robert Amaro.

She is survived by: her siblings, Tom and Lupe Gonzales; her daughters, Viginia Amaro, Esther Hochderffer (Larry), Evelyn Tapney (Benny), Antoinette Rodriguez (Andy) and Susan Abundis (Glen Burgess); and her grandchildren, Lisa Hochderffer Jewell, Gina Amaro Sutterfield, Anthony Rodriguez, Robert Amaro Jr., Roseanna Rodriguez Flores, Anthony J. Tapney and Jessica Rodriguez.

Esther's family also ask that in lieu of flowers memorial donations be made to the charity of your choice.
