He is survived by: his wife Betty Jane Rounds (Sandoval); his son Daniel Douglas Rounds; his stepson Victor Elin Garcia (PJ Garcia); and his siblings, Glenn Rounds and Sharon W. Rounds. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
