He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Gabriel M. Saliba and Bahia M. Saliba; his wife Johnnie; and his children, Loraine Saliba Palmer and Mark Saliba.

Given Charlie's love for his home of Chino, the family, in lieu of flowers, request donations go to Chino Food Pantries.
