“Ruth's passing is a tremendous loss not only to her family, but to the world of Chess as well. Our hearts are broken! For all of Ruth's accomplishments through her life, I found her to be the most humble, caring person I have ever met! She always spoke of ways others could benefit regardless of what she was involved in.
