It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Rita Lorraine Costa in Chico, California, who passed away on March 5, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Stephen Ricci and Lena Ricci; her former husband Leonard Costa; her spouse Christian Sauer; and her children, Rita Ann Costa-Bill, Lenette Costa, Monica Seaman, Leonard Costa Jr., Stephen Costa, Michael Costa and MaryLisa Carrier.

Donations may be made in her memory to the Chico Portuguese Holy Ghost and Fatima Club or Catholic Daughters in care of Brusie Funeral Home.
