He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Manuel Ruz and Adela Ruz; his wife Betty Bray; his sons, Richard and Marc; his friend Leroy Radtke; his grandchildren, Nolan, Tristyn and Bella; his son Ricky; his daughters-in-law, Cathy and Amber (Bella) of Chico; and his siblings, Gabe of Chula Vista and Yolanda of Westminster. He was also cherished by numerous nieces & nephews, and many close friends.
