She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Newton and Ann Newton; her brother Donald; and her pet Toby. She is survived by: her niece Ann Lawson; her family, Corby and England; her husband Glenn; her children, Sherri, Denise and Marc; her grandchildren, Auzy, Nathan, Shane, Genna, Seth, Chris, Selkie, Joe, Jordyn, James, Lukas, Gavin, Tamlyn, Alex, Thomas, Paxton, April, Serenity and Parker; and her great grandchildren, Ena, Taytum, Cara and Isla.

Sadly, on January 27, 2022, Olive lost her battle with Covid.
