He is survived by: his wife Chelsea Michelle May Ames; his daughters, Chloe May Ames and Zoe Michelle Ames; his parents, Anthony David Ames Senior and Diane Lucille Ames; and his siblings, Anthony David Ames Junior and April Dawn Ames.

A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Newton-Bracewell Funeral Home (680 Camellia Way, Chico, CA 95926).
