He was predeceased by: his father John Allen Rogers; his sister Julie Ann Rogers; and his grandparents, Joe and Julia Silva. He is survived by: his mother Dolores J. Rogers of Chico; his sister Shari Miller (Julia Lundin) of Manteca; his daughter Jonni Rogers of Florida; his niece Krista; and his nephews, John and Nicholas. He is also survived by four great nephews and several uncles and cousins.
