With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elsie Irene Cooper of Chico, California, who passed away on January 22, 2022 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ivan Ray and Alberta Ray; her husband Ralph Cooper of Chico; her son Donald Cooper (Carrie) of Klamath Falls, OR; her grandson Tucker Cooper of Portland, OR.; and her son Doran Cooper.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Butte Humane Society.
