He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Birtcil Sr. and Lorraine Birtcil (Hoyer); and his brother Steven. He is survived by: his brother Charles Birtcil of Chico; his wife Susan Birtcil (Sutthoff); and his children, Brian, Loran, Ian and MarieAnna.
