It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Dorothy Livingston of Chico, California, born in Stanton, California, who passed away on August 27, 2020, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Beavers and Myrtle Beavers; her children, Lyle Livingston (Rochelle), Nancy Sousa (Ed) and Yvonne Wooster (Kelly); her son-in-law Gary Steele; and her siblings, Mary Jane McCallum, John Woodrow, Joseph Robert and James Calvin Beavers. She was also cherished by nine grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren, along with a community of friends.
Donations in honor of Dorothy's life may be made to Butte County Farm Bureau or Nord Country School.
