She was predeceased by: her husband Frank. She is survived by: her parents, Edwin Fosen and Frances Fosen; her children, Francine Lucey (Robert) of Venice, CA and Meredith Christopher (Michael) of Chico; her grandchildren, Matthew Christopher (Falyn) of Chico and Madeline Christopher of Chico; and her siblings, Marilyn Sibley of Alamo, CA and Robert Fosen of Chico. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be made to The Butte County Library, The Chico Creek Nature Center, or The Chico History Museum, in care of The Newton-Bracewell Funeral Home.
