It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Charles Fullmer of Chico, California, born in Twin Falls, Idaho, who passed away on November 4, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Beulah Delma (McRae) and James Wallace Fullmer; his brothers, Keith, Cecil, Laron and Ken McRae; and his sisters-in-law, Patty and Dede.
He is survived by: his wife Patsie Rose; his sibling Falls; his children, James Fullmer (Angie) and Jennifer Harris (Todd); his granddaughters, Emily and Samantha Fullmer; his brother Gordon; and his sister-in-law Frances. He is also survived by loving cousins, nieces and nephews; and dear family friends.
No public memorial is planned during this time of COVID-19.
