He is survived by: his wife Marie Foley; his children, Tim Foley, Brendee Shwaika, Maureen Smith of Chico, CA. and Kathy DeMartini; his grandchildren, Randee, Zak of Myranda, T. J, Kati, Ryan, Karlee, Jake, Mariah, Noah, Harlon, Wyatt and Waylon; and his great grandchildren, Kylee, Gibson, Ari, Berkli, Larry, Charlotte and Rowan.
