He was predeceased by: his daughter Cloee. He is survived by: his parents, Debi Meredith and Benjamin C. Smith (Linda) of Beaver, Utah; his sister Delight Smith; his son Brennan Kelly (Janelle Kelly); his former wife Gina Ghilarducci; his son Spencer Smith; and his sisters, Tiffaney Gourlay and Delight Paet (Lucien). He is also survived by his 11 stepbrothers and stepsisters; and many nieces and nephews.
