She was predeceased by: her mother Marie Forbes; her siblings-in-law, Dr. Robert Keith, Dr. Steven Bates and Darlene Forbes; her nephews, Tom Bates and Josh Reichert; and her close friend Jerry Hudgins.
She is survived by: her spouse Noel Vivion; her siblings, Marvin Forbes, Careen Keith and Nina Bates; and her stepchildren, Pat, Pam and Doug.
