He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Juan Rangel and Jovita Rangel; his wife Patricia Rangel (Pat); his sisters, Helen Marshall of Corning and Irene McLean of Red Bluff; and his children, Steve Green of Woodland, Theresa St. John of Magalia, Juanita Harrington of Redding and Rebecca Trolinder of Chico. He was also cherished by 9 grandchildren, and 15 great grandchildren.
