She is survived by: her father Don Sloan; her husband Hans; her children, Alison, Maddie and Grace; her parent-in-law Avis; and her brother David.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the "Jan Sneed Youth Scholarship Fund" at the Chico Area Recreation and Park District.
