It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Albert Richardson (Chico, California), who passed away on November 25, 2021, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph William Richardson (JW) and Beatrice Freeman; his son Kojo; his wife Cecilia; his siblings, Comfort, Mabel, Osam (Beatrice), Harriet, Araba Cudjoe Mensah, Elizabeth Edonu (Paakow), Dr. Pikay (Mercy), Joseph (Antoniatte), Mary Osutei (Naa) and Martha Nartey (Seth); his children, Dr. Effie and Elvert Richardson (Anastasia); and his grandchildren, Joseph Kojo and Amara Aba Richardson. He was also cherished by many cousins, nephews and nieces.
A master's degree from Case Western University and PHD in Electrical Engineering from Penn State University served as the foundation to a lifelong commitment to education.
