He is survived by: his wife Brenda; his children, Gehrig of Taylorsville, CA and Courtney (Blair Anderson) of Butte Falls, OR; and his grandchild Carter. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests any donations be made to the Spoonbill Foundation for further research into PKAN (Pantothenate Kinase Associated Neurodegeneration) in honor of his grandson, Carter, who is afflicted by this disorder.
