She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Ipe and Gertrude Myers Ipe; her husband Bruce; and her sister Dolores Olsen. She is survived by: her children, Bruce W. Gillies (Kathy), Susan Wachter (Frank) and Karen Garita (Alfonso); and her sister Helen Law. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and many friends.
